We're looking for a proactive Property Relationship Manager to join our Worthing team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Manage property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure properties remain legally compliant and maintained to a high standard.
- Handle tenancy notices, rent reviews, and day-to-day property management.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while managing multiple priorities.
- Carry out property inspections .
What You'll Bring
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Previous experience within property beneficial
- Strong Customer Service background
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
