We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager in our Brighton office.  If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Manage property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure properties remain legally compliant and maintained to a high standard.
  • Handle tenancy notices, rent reviews, and day-to-day property management.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience while managing multiple priorities.
  • Carry out property inspections 

What You'll Bring

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Previous experience within property beneficial 
  • Strong Customer Service background 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence managing expectations and difficult conversations.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach.
