Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property launches – manage pre-market activity, marketing materials, and compliance.
  • Handle daily administration – manage correspondence, update records, and support office operations.
  • Be the first point of contact – respond to enquiries and welcome clients professionally.
  • Support the team – collaborate to ensure smooth workflows and high service standards.
  • Maintain accuracy and organisation – ensure documentation is compliant and processes are followed.

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer facing environment
