Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property launches – manage pre-market activity, marketing materials, and compliance.
- Handle daily administration – manage correspondence, update records, and support office operations.
- Be the first point of contact – respond to enquiries and welcome clients professionally.
- Support the team – collaborate to ensure smooth workflows and high service standards.
- Maintain accuracy and organisation – ensure documentation is compliant and processes are followed.
