An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Rent Review Consultant based in Sutton Coldfield. The salary package on offer is £25,500-£27,000 per annum, dependent on exerience.

The role;

• Speaking with Landlords & Tenants regarding the current rental value and the opportunity for increases
• Cross selling additional products to both Landlords & Tenants
• General administration for the team
• Creating and issuing Section 13 Notices
• Handling Landlord and Tenant AML Checks
