Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales and Lettings Branch Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in York. You’ll enjoy a standard work week of Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (with 1 hour lunch breaks).
Let’s talk about the role. It involves:
- Leading and overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch, always ensuring a proactive and high-performing environment.
- Driving performance across both sales and Lettings, ensuring targets, KPIs, and profit forecasts are achieved.
- Managing, motivating, and developing your team, including structured training performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while acting as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, vendors, and buyers.
- Generating new business opportunities, maximising revenue streams including re-lets, and promoting all company services.
We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Proven experience within Estate Agency, across sales/lettings.
- Experience in managing and developing teams within a branch environment, with the ability to lead from the front.
- A strong track record of winning new business, including both warm leads and proactive cold generation.
- Confident relationship builder, able to engage landlords, vendors, and new clients to maximise opportunities.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
