With 26 branches and over 370 passionate professionals, we’re growing and now we’re looking for a driven Sales Progressor to join our Sales Progression team in our Worthing branch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing property sales from offer accepted through to completion
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and estate agents daily
• Keeping transactions on track and resolving issues proactively
• Coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records
• Delivering outstanding customer service every step of the way

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is organised, driven, and passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a Sales Progressor role within estate agency
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of UK Conveyancing Laws
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
