We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Sales Negotiator in our Ferring office. This role offers an OTE of up to £45,000.

Let's talk about the role:

• Organise and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to potential buyers.
• Negotiate sales, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
• Handle enquiries from clients and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
• Provide regular feedback and general updates to our vendors and buyers.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

• Experience in Sales or Customer Service background
• Previous knowledge of the property market beneficial
