Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join as a Land and New Homes Coordinator at Chandlers Ford. This role offers an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 pa.
Let’s talk about the Land and New Homes Coordinator role. It involves:
- Representing our business to a high standard when with clients.
- Liaising with offices and developers to organise various calls and meetings.
- Assisting with the offer process to successful reservation.
- Registering clients effectively, booking viewings and collecting constructive feedback to relay to our developers.
- Assisting with various marketing aspects and general administration duties.
- Assisting with site launches upon instruction of a new development.
- Assisting with monthly reporting to our clients.
- Have a good understanding of how targets are achieved.
- Identifying referral opportunities.
- Attending and assisting with the preparation and organisation of open days and events.
