Let's talk about the role.

You will be responsible for showing prospective purchasers and tenants around properties, some of which may be empty; others may have the Tenant/Landlord occupying the property.

You will relay viewing feedback to the office including offers that purchasers or tenants make.

In order to be considered for the role it is essential that you must have a smart and professional appearance and be articulate and confident dealing with Landlords and Tenants. It is essential that you have a good command of the English language in both verbal and written format.

You must be a confident driver and car owner (ideally with a satnav!)
