An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Migration Accounts Lead based in London. The salary package on offer is Up to £70,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Migration & Handover Activities

  • Initiate and manage deposit transfers, including conversion of deposits into the TDS custodial scheme.
  • Coordinate and execute tenant account freezes at -2 days prior to handover.
  • Prepare and deliver handover accounts, including:
  • Full tenant statements covering complete tenancy history
  • Schedule of charges for all outstanding balances

Post-Handover Financial Management

  • Ensure all post-freeze receipts are processed and forwarded within 10 working days, including detailed remittance breakdowns.
  • Oversee settlement and recovery of all expenditure within 3 months of handover.
  • Manage and supervise:
  • Financial reconciliations
  • Client and statutory reporting
  • Payment processing

Financial Control & Compliance

  • Maintain robust financial controls, ensuring:
  • Clear segregation of duties
  • Full audit readiness at all times
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal governance standards.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a migration or client accounts lead role within property management or a similar sector
  • Advanced working knowledge of Qube/MRI accounting systems
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Client accounting processes
  • Service charge accounting
  • Tenant ledger management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume migrations and tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
  • Effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Desirable

  • Experience with large-scale portfolio transitions
  • Knowledge of TDS deposit schemes and compliance requirements
  • Prior experience working with estate management companies or managing agents
