At KFH we are looking for a Change of Sharers Administrator to join one of our Change of Sharers teams in Wimbledon.
Are you experienced as a coordinator or administrator in a residential lettings department? Do you have experience forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual who can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills, and support our commitment to regulatory excellence. At KFH we are continuously looking for opportunities to improve and are seeking a Change of Sharers Administrator who can bring new thinking and embrace our legacy.
This role will also have a strong focus on the administrative side of Anti–Money Laundering (AML) compliance, ensuring all required checks, documentation, and internal processes are completed in line with UK legislation and KFH standards.
You will report into our Head of Renewals and Change of Sharers.
At KFH we are looking for a Change of Sharers Administrator with a proven track record in checking compliance on tenancy agreements and all legislative documentation such as EPCs, gas safety certificates, references, and AML verification. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all clients while ensuring regulatory standards are met and the right results are achieved.
