Let's talk about the role. It involves
- Lead Generation & Business Growth:
- Contact landlords, vendors, and applicants to secure valuations and upgrade landlord services.
- Promote Financial Services and Conveyancing sign-ups, passing leads to the appropriate teams.
- Book valuation appointments for valuers and ensure smooth handovers.
- Customer Engagement:
- Conduct service calls to existing clients, ensuring they are informed about our latest offerings and market trends.
- Prospecting & Data Utilisation:
- Work with both warm and cold leads, including landlords and vendors with properties to sell or let (on and off the market).
- Process-Driven Approach:
- Follow structured scripts and set processes to maintain a consistent, professional approach.
- CRM & Data Management:
- Accurately update Reapit with call notes, lead status, and key details after every conversation.
- Performance & KPIs:
- Achieve and exceed targets for call volume, appointments booked, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
