Apprentice Lettings Negotiator

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey. This is not just an apprenticeship it's the start of a career in estate agency! The salary is £16,120-£21,860 per annum.

Let's talk about the role. It involves

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
• Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business. 
• Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
