Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Portfolio Partner in our Reading office. This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
Let's talk about the role. It involves
- Meeting Landlords and Tenants to sign contracts
- Arranging safety checks and collecting completion funds
- Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying Invoices
- Renewing existing contract, negotiating rent increases, creating Tenancy Agreements
- Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damage.
- Administrative duties, updating excel spread sheets, etc
