What’s the role?
As an Assistant Manager you will conduct viewings, negotiate offers, manage sales progression, arrange valuations, convert instructions, and lead from the front with cross-selling services across the group.
You will act as a role model to the team, demonstrating performance and commitment that inspires others. Supporting with training and development of new or less experienced team members and ensure all business activities are conducted professionally and in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
