Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Mover Essentials Co-ordinator in our Head office. The salary package on offer is £26,000 OTE.
Key Responsibilities;
- Build relationships with our recommended panel of solicitors
- Allocating instructed clients to a panel member – management of panel
- Professional email writing
- Speaking to buyers and sellers over the phone
- Managing completion of client forms with strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once.
- Preparing emails for clients and reports for manager.
- Stakeholder management
- Meeting deadlines and SLAs appropriate to your role
