Regional Property Manager

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Regional Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Leeds. The salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000.

Let's talk about the role. It involves

  • Lead and manage a large team of Property Managers
  • Build and manage relationships with key portfolio clients
  • Oversee training for new recruits and monitor training progress
  • Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve operational processes within branch
  • Work closely with the Head of Property Management Operations, providing regular progress updates
  • Drive improvement initiatives in branch
  • Handle escalated complaints beyond Property Manager level

  • ARLA qualified (essential)
  • Proven track record managing large property management teams across extensive portfolios
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
  • Excellent operational, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident implementing change and improving underperforming branches
  • Experienced in handling escalated complaints and dispute resolution
  • Strong working knowledge of property management systems (Reapit experience highly desirable)
  • Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities across regions
