Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Regional Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Leeds. The salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves
- Lead and manage a large team of Property Managers
- Build and manage relationships with key portfolio clients
- Oversee training for new recruits and monitor training progress
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve operational processes within branch
- Work closely with the Head of Property Management Operations, providing regular progress updates
- Drive improvement initiatives in branch
- Handle escalated complaints beyond Property Manager level

- ARLA qualified (essential)
- Proven track record managing large property management teams across extensive portfolios
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills

- Experienced in handling escalated complaints and dispute resolution
- Strong working knowledge of property management systems (Reapit experience highly desirable)
- Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities across regions
