Sales Negotiator

At KFH we are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our residential Sales team in London.

What’s the role?

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the face of KFH for buyers and vendors alike. You’ll guide clients through the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout.
You’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting property viewings and providing insightful feedback to vendors
  • Managing offers and negotiating sales to successful completion
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge
  • Supporting clients with advice on the sales process, legislation, and KFH’s full range of services collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a joined-up service

What can you bring to the role?

  • A passion for property and a strong background in sales negotiation roles
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re confident face-to-face, on the phone, and over email
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Knowledge of the London property market is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll support you with learning your patch!
